Salient Features • Option in spindle selection, i.e. Aluminum alloy spindle pot with plasma coating or stainless steel pot. • Live display of spindle RPM, TPM, Yarn Speed for both upper and lower deck. • Tangential direct spindle belt drive ensures better twist uniformity. • Drop wire system at each spindle position helps at the time of break filament. • Ideal technology with economical system for medium and high twist of filament yarn. This is a revolutionary Concept innovated to set low twisted yarn (max 1000 TPM)
A forced air coming from blower, passes over heaters bank and gets heated. This hot air circulates through yarn chamber to suction end.
Full Automation of process, controlled through control panel to ensure best quality of setting through out a lot. Temperature meter is microprocessor based.
