Ideal TFO Twister for medium and high twist (10 TPI to 70 TPI) to a wide range of yarns and differential count preferable for Ne 30/2^S to Ne 100/2^S

This machine provides speedy setting of spindle revolution. Twist number and lease angle can be altered simply changing gears. For Easy Operation Spindle Speed, Twist number and yarn speed is displayed. Engineered to precision, this machine is efficient and produce less noise.

New Concept of double deck construction saves greatly floor space area. Conventional single deck version machine with spindle pot Ø 150mm requires a total length of 26925mm for 204 spindles, whereas double deck version machine with spindle pot Ø 120mm requires a total length of 25550 mm for 408 spindles.

Energy saving by means of small spindle pot diameter. Power consumption for Ne 80/2s or Ne 100/2s count at a spindle speed range of 8000 to 13000 rpm is observed up to 40% less with small spindle pot Ø 110/120mm as compared to conventional spindle pot Ø 150 mm

Auto Cradle Lifting Device

In case of yarn breakage, the supply of yarn is stopped by the action of dropper and this simultaneously activates the cradle lifting device. Not only it brings notice to operator, it also prevents yarn quality deterioration.
